Preserving History Through the
Recovery and Restoration of World War II Aircraft

The Fighter Factory is a private collection of historical aircraft and not a museum normally open to the general public. We do allow occasional visits during normal weekday working hours, but suggest that you telephone before your anticipated arrival.

Feel free to explore and read about these fighter planes of World War Two. Many aircraft have been fully restored to their World War II condition and are available for flight demonstrations, static display or movie production. Some aircraft are in the process of restoration and many World War II planes have yet to be discovered!

A lot of work goes into recovering and restoring these WWII aircraft. At Fighter Factory we believe that learning from our past mistakes, we will be able to avoid the same mistakes in the future. Our World War Two aircraft that are in the restoration process will be highlighted so don't forget to bookmark the Fighter Factory to see what aircraft has been restored!

If you are aware of any World War II aircraft crash sites, feel free to contact the Fighter Factory with your information and help us in our efforts to preserve this part of World War II history. The Fighter Factory would like to recover these World War Two aircraft before they become permanently lost.

We hope that you will enjoy and learn from the Fighter Factory's Aircraft recovery and restoration efforts.

"Yesterday, December 7, 1941 - a date which will live in infamy - the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan...As Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy, I have directed that all measures be taken for our defense...With confidence in our armed forces - with the unbounded determination of our people - we will gain the inevitable triumph - so help us God."
President F.D. Roosevelt - United States - December 1941

A poem written by an inspired guest who rode in one of Fighter Factory's aircraft.

"The battle is going very heavily against us. We're being crushed by the enemy weight...We are facing very difficult days, perhaps the most difficult that a man can undergo." Field Marshal Erwin Rommel - Germany - November 1942
